Shipping Time:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 10-15 Working Days. Please note personalized items will take longer to process. If your order has both personalized and non-personalized items, the order will be split, and the non-personalized items will be delivered beforehand. Personalized items may take longer duration then regular shipping duration. In stock products are shipped within 1-2 working days, made to order products take time of 10-15 working days.
Note – Saturday, Sunday & official national holidays are non-working days. COD shipping duration may vary as per place, personalized product and on courier services.
In case you’re ordering other items along with personalised or Gold jewellery, your order might arrive in parts.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped.

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Replacements are processed within 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
Please note, replacements are only applicable to unused and unworn items (excluding personalized or custom-made jewelry), and require an unboxing video in case of damage or defect.
Refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and approved by our team.
The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.
